How do I change the starting month on my calendar?
After getting started, you'll find an option to select the starting month and year. Simply choose your desired month and year from the available options. Additionally, while editing your calendar in the calendar editor, you can modify the starting date by using the "Options" tool. Look for the option to adjust the starting month and year within this tool.
Can I add holidays to my calendar?
Yes, you can! Adding holidays to your calendar is easy. Here's how:
- While designing your calendar, look for the "Options" icon.
- Tap on the "Options" icon, and you'll be presented with a list of holidays to choose from.
- Select the holidays you want to include in your calendar by toggling them on or off.
- If you want to add your own custom events, select the "Add Custom Events" option. Then enter the event name and date. This allows you to add special occasions, birthdays, or any other significant events to your calendar.
What sizes and types of photo calendars do you offer?
We offer calendars in two sizes: 8x11” and 11x14”. The interior calendar pages are printed on a luxe matte paper. Our premium calendars are printed on durable paper and come in your choice of deluxe matte or gloss laminate finishes.
PhotoCalendars does not have access to the photos on my device. How do I enable access?
For iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, then tap Privacy, Photos, PhotoCalendars, and select All Photos.
For Android: Open the Settings app, tap Apps, PhotoCalendars, select Files and media, and choose Allow access to media only.
Can I place more than one photo on a page?
Yes, you can create a layout with multiple images. Select a page, tap the layout icon, select up to 6 photos, and choose from the available layouts.
Do you offer full bleed pages?
Yes, our standard design for your photos is full bleed, but you can shrink your photos if desired. Switch between styles by double-tapping on the image on the Design Calendar screen.
A small triangle with an exclamation mark appeared on a page. What does it mean?
This symbol indicates your photo might appear fuzzy or blurry when printed at the chosen size. We recommend selecting a layout that makes the photo smaller or replacing it with a higher-resolution image.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can send your orders worldwide.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to certain states. If it's relevant to your order, you'll see the amount before checkout.
What if I’m not happy with my photo calendar?
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely thrilled with your photo calendar, we'll happily offer a full refund.
